This piece is a part of the collection I created as Annie Sloan Painter in Residence 2022
My take on the classic French Style Olympus bedside cabinets.
These were painted in a rich deep burgundy with a vignette like black shading.
The ornate corners and trims as well as the striking Sacred Heart were leafed with brass (gold imitation) leaf. The handles are hand made and therefore completely unique - a stunning ornate crosses with little crystals.
