SHIPPING

I would like to buy a piece of furniture. How much will it cost to transport it to me?

I offer FREE one-man courier service all over the mainland UK except for Ireland, Islands and Highlands. If you live in one of these areas or know you would require a two man team, please contact me for a shipping quote first. 

Do you ship overseas?

do not sell furniture and cushions outside of the UK. However I can make an exception with shipping cushions overseas if you message me on my Instagram ;)

I do ship other products (resin snakes, home decor and stencils) all over the world using Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel weight and destination country.

How long will it take to get my order?

I am a one-woman business so it might take me even up to 4 working days to prepare and send your purchased products. Delivery times differ for each country:

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail with an estimate time of 2-3 business days

Rest of the World customers can expect their order to arrive within 3-17 working days (from sending) with Standard International delivery and 10-60 business days with Economy International. It is important to know that Economy shipping is NOT tracked.

Please note that international orders can be subject to customs charges and import taxes as well as a shipping fee. Check your country’s import law for more information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order I am happy to do so provided it has not already shipped. Once it is shipped you will have to refer to the returns policy below.

All refunds are processed within 48 hours of the request being received.

I'm not happy with my order. Can I return it?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Please email/message me first so I know to expect a parcel from you. If you're planning to return a piece of furniture, please contact me first to arrange the process.

I do not offer FREE returns, unless the product is damaged. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving your return.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do now?

If your order has arrived damaged please email proof of the damage to 84squareUK@gmail.com before sending it back to us. I will not refund orders that have been damaged once received or during transit whilst being returned to me.
